• Celebration of America
  The Celebration of America will be held in Morgantown Monday, July 4 beginning with the Morgantown Municipal Band performing at 11 a.m. at the Hazel Ruby McQuain amphitheatre. A bicycle decorating contest begins at 1:45 p.m. at the Spruce Street Parking lot. A parade begins at 3 p.m. in downtown Morgantown. A Vietnam Veterans ceremony will begin at 3:45 p.m. at the Courthouse Square. There will be live music at the Hazel Ruby McQuain Amphitheater in the Wharf District following the parade and then an awards ceremony will highlight important community members. The Mike Roberts Band will perform after the awards and fireworks begin at dusk or around 9 p.m.

  The Johnnie Johnson Blues and Jazz Festival at Fairmont, West Virginia, United States
  The Johnnie Johnson Blues & Jazz Society, Inc. is a nonprofit organization, founded by Bill and Cathy Stalnaker in 2001. Its mission is to promote blues and jazz music in Fairmont, West Virginia, and throughout the region. The Johnnie Johnson Blues & Jazz Festival takes place the second weekend in July annually.

  RibFest 2011 will be held at Waterfront Place Hotel on July 16, 2011 from 11am to 7pm.
