Calling all Hippies, Music and Art Lovers Alike!!!
Mainstage Morgantown would like to welcome you to it’s first Drum Jam and Community Art Night!!!
Some of us come to play drums, some to dance, some to flow, some of us DJ, some of us to make art, and some who simply want to watch and soak it all up.
Join us as we create a new work and a new sound. Celebrate in being the music yourself with your brothers and sisters in our drum circle happening in the side bar. Plenty of instruments from around the world including drums, shakers, and other percussion instruments will be provided. We encourage patrons to BYOD (Bring Your Own Drum) if you are able to.
- Local Artists will be live painting and a variety of local artisans will be selling their crafts ranging from paintings to glass art to wire wrapped jewelry. Come support your local art scene and see the areas rich and eccentric style.
- Local DJs will be spinning all night in the main room a variety of genres. When you aren’t being the music come get down to some of Morgantown’s up and coming premier talent.
- Flow Arts of all kinds are encouraged to come partake and share in their love for the art.
